WestWyck

The WestWyck development in Melbourne aims to create dwellings that make highly efficient use of water and energy. The project aims to use materials efficiently, reusing and recycling where possible and making careful decisions about the sourcing of other building products. Healthy building principles will guide the development and there is a commitment to use local tradespeople and appliances where this is possible. WestWyck aims to process as much of its generated wastes as possible on site. There is even a commitment to incorporating artwork into the design!
