Rosneath Farm is an Ecovillage development in southwest Western Australia (near Dunsborough). It includes 70 lots of between 880 square metres to 2900 square metres clustered in a village. Plus common land: 60 ha of farmland for intensive farming, and 60 ha of forest for biodiversity conservation. 6kms of mainly single lane roads with a 20kmph speed limit.
